We proudly ship across India, the USA, the UK, and Canada.
All our products are shipped directly from India with free shipping worldwide on every order — no minimum cart value required.
🇮🇳 Domestic Shipping – Within India
Shipping Cost: FREE shipping on all orders across India.
Delivery Timeline: Orders are delivered within 3–4 business days from the dispatch date.
Order Processing Time: All sarees are made-to-order and are dispatched within 3–4 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
International Shipping – USA, UK & Canada
Shipping Cost: Free international shipping to the USA, United Kingdom, and Canada.
Delivery Timeline: Once dispatched, international orders reach you within 5–6 business days.
Order Processing Time: As each piece is handcrafted or custom-made, dispatch occurs within 3–4 weeks of order confirmation.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All customs duties, taxes, and handling fees (if any) payable in the importing country are to be paid by the customer. These are charged as per your country's customs department and are outside our control.
Packaging & Dispatch
Every saree is packed securely with utmost care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with tracking details, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real-time.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on availability and shipping location.
Special Delivery Requests
Planning a surprise or gifting? You may mention your preferred delivery date or occasion in the notes section during checkout. We will do our best to fulfill your request based on logistics feasibility.
Transit Insurance
Transit is covered on all shipments until delivery.
We are currently establishing our policy regarding damaged or lost shipments and will revise this section soon.
Important Notes
Be sure your shipping address and zip code are correct. We cannot be held accountable for delays or un deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or the address changed.
Self-pickup is not available for orders.
