Return & Exchange Policy


Our Commitment

At Ojasi, every saree is thoughtfully crafted in India by skilled artisans. Many of our pieces are hand-painted, hand-embroidered, or produced in limited quantities, making each creation unique.

Because of the artisanal nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or an incorrect item has been delivered.


Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or style selection
  • Color variations due to screen or device settings
  • Minor variations in hand painting, embroidery, print placement, or craftsmanship, as these are natural characteristics of handcrafted products
  • Shipping delays caused by customs, weather, or courier services

 

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email info@shopojasi.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the original packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once your request has been reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, repair, store credit, or another appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

 

Condition of Returned Items

Approved returns must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging

Items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.

 

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Custom-made, personalized, altered, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note that original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and any import fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
